Pace reads Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendars through a published link, and can publish your plan back the same way
Outlook connects by link, in both directions. Publish your Outlook calendar and paste the link into Pace so it plans around your week. Then subscribe to your private Pacecal link from Outlook so the plan shows up there. Sign-in with Microsoft is not offered yet.
In Outlook: Settings, Calendar, Shared calendars, Publish a calendar, copy the ICS link. Paste it into Pace. Pace refreshes it about once an hour.
A published calendar link is one-way. Pace sees your events but cannot write into Outlook through it, so nothing in your Outlook calendar is ever touched.
Pacecal gives you a private subscription link. Add it in Outlook (Add calendar, Subscribe from web) and your scheduled sessions and due dates show up there, updating on their own.
Publishing a calendar is something you control in your own Outlook settings, so there is no app for an IT admin to approve. Some organisations disable publishing; if yours does, ask them or use a personal calendar.
